Social media are great—they connect us with people, ideas or products from all over the world with just a few key strokes. Connecting from your personal account is simple and fun, but when you have to manage company accounts, you find that you have to be much more mindful of your shares, likes, posts, and, in general, how you interact (or don’t) with your followers. Making sure you’re representing your brand in a way that aligns with their goals and culture are key. Last week’s #CommChat discussion focused on tips for managing your brand on social media. It’s not too late to jump in on the discussion, or share with us what you’d like us to cover in future discussions. Tweet us with the #CommChat hashtag to join in.
For a complete recap, check out Twitter Moments. Join the conversation: #CommChat discussions are every Wednesday at 9 a.m. PT on Twitter.
